Hours: 42 per week
Shift Pattern: 2-week rolling rota
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Care Team Leader to guide our day team and help deliver outstanding care every day.
About the Role
As a Care Team Leader, you will take the lead on shift, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will:
1. Lead, support, and motivate the care team
2. Oversee daily care delivery and maintain high standards
3. Administer medication and ensure best practice is followed
4. Contribute to care planning and resident assessments
5. Ensure compliance with care regulations and policies
6. Create a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff
Your leadership will shape the quality of care and the experience of everyone in the home.
