Handling Multiple customer FS customers (BFSI Vertical) with a portfolio over $150mn+. End to end delivery ownership of Delivery Unit Accounts, managing Top C level connects ( CIO,CXO,CTO s) Anticipating and resolving major dependencies and barriers blocking progress. Manage the transition from the Sales Cycle to the Delivery Cycle in a seamless and positive way. You will review and refine Project schedules which demonstrate good understanding of timelines, objectives, and the key dependencies for success. You will actively engage with Project Management to ensure that we are always ahead of the requirements in terms of Acceptance Criteria, Contractual Obligations, Financial tracking and control and Reporting obligations. You will create and participate in Client and internal Governance relationships to ensure Delivery is successful. Collaborate with other work streams to ensure best outcomes, efficiencies and dependencies are understood and defined. Self-Motivated team player with an eye for detail & anticipating the next project hurdles to overcome. Very well organized P&L responsibility Expansion of services to fill all gamut s of infrastructure-increase breadth. Focus on project opportunities and transformation initiatives ITIL process definitions and implementation. Enhance operational efficiencies.
