Support Worker – Forfar (Full Time, 37hrs)

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll help people achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful daily experiences. Your work will include:
1. Promoting independence and person‑centred support
2. Helping with daily living tasks (personal care, housework, medication, meal prep)
3. Supporting activities at home and in the community (cinema, music, art, swimming, volunteering, walks, etc.)
4. Working closely with your team and other professionals
5. Maintaining accurate support records
Shift Pattern
A mix of early, late, mid, night, and sleepover shifts. You’ll work 1:1 or 2:1 depending on support needs. Rotas are planned for fairness and consistency.
