Vehicle Technician - Swansea
Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity? Our client, a reputable automotive dealer group in Swansea, is currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician. This position offers flexibility with a 4-day or 5-day working week, catering to your preferred schedule. As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key responsibility in maintaining their high standards of service and quality.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary between £28,000 and £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
Guaranteed team-based bonus of £300 per month
Overtime available at time and a half

5 days a week, or a 4-day week available! You will also do 1-in-4 Saturday mornings, 8:30am-12:30pm, paid at time and a halfDuties:
Fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs following manufacturer standards
Accurately diagnosing vehicle faults and reporting on vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures at all times
Collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
Maintaining high standards of workmanshipRequirements:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Previous main dealership experience as a Vehicle Technician
UK driving licence with minimal points
Active MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
Ability to work methodically and as part of a team
Organised with a high standard of workmanship
