A degree in a technology or computing discipline is desirable. Responsibilities: We lead the engineering and continual improvement of secure, scalable, and resilient hybrid cloud and on-premise platforms aligned to our architectural direction. We define and implement automation, infrastructure-as-code, and container-based solutions within approved standards to enable repeatable, rapid, and compliant platform delivery. We translate business and product team requirements into platform solutions that accelerate delivery while reducing operational risk. We drive the adoption of self-service infrastructure, reusable components, and platform guardrails to improve efficiency, security, and operability. We ensure platform services meet defined service levels, with strong performance, availability, security, and observability. We lead, coach, and inspire our team, fostering a culture of innovation, wellbeing, inclusion, and high performance. We manage outsourced platform services and partner relationships to ensure consistent quality, adherence to standards, and delivery of agreed platform outcomes.
