THE OPPORTUNITY Involvement in a broad range of corporate M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals and investments. Exposure to private equity-backed deals, working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers. Opportunity to support on management buy-outs, joint ventures and group restructurings. Early responsibility with direct client contact and meaningful involvement in transactions from the outset. Working within a high-performing and supportive team known for developing junior talent. A clear platform to build your technical skillset within a busy and growing Leeds practice. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Qualified solicitor or due to qualify with 0-1 years’ PQE. Strong seat experience in corporate law, ideally with exposure to M&A transactions. A genuine interest in transactional, deal-led work. Commercially minded with strong attention to detail. Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop within a leading corporate team.
