4. Geared towards reducing GP workload Workflow as optimised as it can be – ‘we’ve gone as far as we can with it’ Low visiting – perhaps two a month Substantive MDT ensuring ‘right clinician, first time’ approach
5. Regular lunchtime meetings and protected monthly practice meeting
6. EMIS practice
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
Your role –
7. Salaried GP (scope for Partnership in next 1-2 years)
8. 4-6 sessions
9. Very reasonable workload 12 patients per session, 15-minute for F2F 15 triage calls on a Duty session with slots for bring-downs
10. Monthly protected admin session
11. No evenings
12. No Saturdays
