Up to £60,000 basic salary plus car allowance & benefits

Our acquisitive client, is a multi-site service organisation who is looking to appoint a People Operations Lead to lead the implementation and delivery of an effective, efficient and professional HR Operations function across a business in growth mode, acting as a champion of improvement and delivery and the knowledge to automate HR processes and roll out across multi-sites. Reporting to a highly commercial CPO, this is an opportunity to implement and manage scalable HR processes and systems that supports the current ways of working and establish HR Operations Services best practice for an organisation with a growth trajectory.
