Introduction
This residential development is looking for a polished, people-focused Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents and visitors. This role is all about setting the tone, delivering excellent service, and keeping the front of house running smoothly.
Role Overview:

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as the front-of-house presence for the development, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
* Greeting residents and visitors, managing access, and handling day-to-day enquiries with confidence and care.
* Answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
* Responding to issues or complaints, taking ownership and escalating where needed to ensure resolution.
* Supporting the smooth running of the building by assisting with mobilisation, handovers, and resident move-ins.
* Helping maintain site standards, compliance records, and basic risk management routines.
* Working closely with the wider site and management teams to ensure residents receive a consistently high level of service.
Main Skills Needed:
* Strong customer service and front-of-house experience.
* Confident communication skills, both face-to-face and written.
* A calm, organised approach with good attention to detail.
* Ability to handle queries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
* Comfortable using systems and technology to log information and tasks.
* A proactive, team-focused mindset with a genuine pride in your work.
