Working closely with the Farm Manager, you’ll help oversee day to day operations, from crop planning and harvest coordination to staff supervision and irrigation management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high quality fruit production that meets the standards of major UK retailers, driving efficiency, quality and consistency across the farm.
