Lead Mechanical Consultant (Building Services)
Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow
Salary: Up to £75,000 + package

* Lead mechanical input on complex building projects across a range of sectors

The Role
* Lead and oversee mechanical design from concept through delivery
* Act as the senior mechanical point of contact for projects and clients
* Manage design quality, programmes, and commercial performance
* Coordinate closely with electrical and wider design teams
* Mentor and support the development of engineers across the team
* Contribute to work-winning and long-term client relationships
About You
* Senior-level mechanical engineer within building services consultancy
* Proven experience leading projects and developing teams
* Strong client-facing presence with sound commercial awareness
* Degree qualified (or equivalent), Chartered or working towards chartership
* UK buildings market experience, ideally within Scotland
