Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies for effective community networks and partnerships between key stakeholders in the local area to encourage a positive, inviting introduction to the school.
* Ensure that communities and children are involved in the design and implementation of tailored wellbeing programs.
* Develop a communication strategy to ensure families in the community are well aware of opportunities created and are engaged with the hub activities.
* Ensure integration of the Community Hub activities with the range of programs and services in the community.
* Facilitate suitable consultative mechanisms and procedures to provide effective coordination and collaboration across local, state and federal government funded services that will make a difference in delivering wellbeing programs.
