Main Responsibilities
•Lead the mobilisation, implementation, and ongoing development of the programme
•Ensure delivery is aligned to programme guidance, outcomes, quality standards, and reporting requirements
•Oversee programme planning, risk management, safeguarding, and quality assurance
•Ensure effective systems and processes are in place for referrals, assessments, reviews, and planned endings
Essential Skills
•Understanding of loneliness, social isolation, and barriers affecting older people
•Good Communication Skills
•Good Level IT Skills
•Analyse and produce reports
Desirable Skills
•Experience of delivering or managing befriending services
•Knowledge of the Bradford District voluntary and community sector
•Experience of using Charity Log or similar case management systems
•Relevant qualification in health, social care, community development, or related field
