Job Title: Vehicle Technician | Mechanic

Salary: OTE £38,000
Working Hours: Full-time

You will play a key role in supporting the technical team by carrying out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to a high standard, in line with manufacturer specifications. Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
Diagnose faults and complete accurate repair work efficiently
Ensure all work is completed to a high level of quality and safety
Liaise confidently with customers regarding technical issues when required
Work collaboratively with the wider technical team to meet performance targets
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow all manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines

Uncapped commission with strong OTE earning potential (up to £60,000+)

NVQ Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Experienced working within a workshop environment
Confident in diagnostic and mechanical repair work
MOT Licence holder (preferred but not essential)
Hold a valid UK driving licence
Able to work effectively towards both team and individual targets
