More About Your Role
You will be our presence in the neighbourhoods you manage, spending most of your time working in our communities, providing an effective and efficient tenancy and estate management service to our customers. With support from the Community Safety Team you will ensure that customers meet their contractual obligations and that neighbourhoods are as safe, clean and attractive as possible. An important aspect of your role will be carrying out tenancy reviews and property inspections, working with your team to create neighbourhood and continuous improvement plans that uphold estate standards and keep budgets in line, all within a customer‑focused framework.
Reporting into the Area Manager, you will work as part of an established team to manage our neighbourhoods.

* Must have a driving licence and own vehicle

More About You
The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, is polite and courteous, works closely with customers and external agencies, and can create and maintain effective working relationships. You should have experience in tenancy and estates management, be up‑to‑date with housing and tenancy legislation, and be able to make informed decisions. Tenacity, resilience, attention to detail, commercial awareness, initiative and a positive motivator who can support others autonomously are required. A basic DBS check is mandatory.
