Following continued success and growth, we are looking to add to our team by recruiting an Accounts & Admin Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with experience in accounts and administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to develop their skills. You will work between both teams
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
* Open emails, print and process invoices and statements.
* Enter invoices into purchase invoice register and file accurately.
* Match invoices to purchase orders and process on Sage.
* Reconcile supplier statements.
* Collate and prepare hours for payroll.
Administration
* Assist with creation and sending of sales invoices and dispatch notes.
* Create, edit, review, and send documents in a timely manner.
* Input holiday and absence records into HR system; run weekly/monthly reports.
* Support job costing activities as required.
* Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, printing, and archiving.
* Reception duties including answering phones, door and assisting with visitors
Skills & Attributes
* Previous experience in an accounts/administration role.
* Working knowledge of Sage 200 accounts or similar
* Experience with HR packages including Bright HR or similar
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
* Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly when dealing with suppliers.
* Flexible, proactive approach to tasks and willingness to support wider business functions.
