These are exciting times to be working at Birmingham City Council and especially in the Early Years and Childcare Service due to the recent significant increased investment from central government for Wraparound Childcare for Primary School Age children, Expanded Early Years Entitlements for eligible working parents and the ongoing Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme.
Due to this significant investment, there will be more demands on the Early Years and Childcare Service which is why we are currently expanding our staffing structure to meet increased service demands.
