I’m currently working with a well-respected law firm in Guildford that's on the lookout for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their busy and collaborative team.

What you’ll be doing:

* Running a varied caseload of residential property matters – think sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
\t
* Guiding clients through the process with clear, expert legal advice from start to finish
\t
* Carrying out all the key checks – including reviewing titles, conducting searches, and spotting any red flags early on
\t
* Drafting and reviewing key documents like contracts and leases
\t
* Keeping communication flowing between clients, agents, lenders and anyone else involved to keep things on track
\t
* Tackling more technical issues as they crop up and finding practical solutions
\t
* Staying current with property law updates to give the best service possible
\t
* Ensuring everything you do is in line with professional and regulatory standards
