Our client is now looking for a Housing First Worker to join their team in London on a full-time, permanent basis.

THE ROLE
In this crucial role, your focus will be on the service delivery of the Housing First model. You will work with staff and management teams to deliver this innovative model of housing societys most vulnerable people; you will help drive forward a collective vision of inclusion and participation across the organisation. Housing First is a service that provides independent tenancies with registered social landlords via the council nomination process and intensive personalised support to rough sleepers who have not progressed through any supported accommodation pathway.
