Are you an experienced Medical Communications leader looking to shape the future of a growing independent Medical Communications Agency?
A well-established, boutique healthcare communications consultancy is seeking a Senior Director to join their leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a business unit leadership role, where you’ll drive growth, deepen client relationships, and help lead a highly collaborative, scientifically driven team.
What you’ll do:
* Act as a strategic lead across multiple accounts
* Support business development and growth opportunities
* Manage and mentor a high-performing team
* Oversee delivery of scientific content and client solutions
* Champion quality, compliance, and innovation in medical communications

* Experience in a senior leadership role within a medical communications agency
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and grow accounts
