* Flexible hours We offer a variety of shifts, including day shifts, night shifts, and sleep-ins (5-40 hour contracts available).

As a Support Worker, youll be providing person-centred care that truly makes a difference. Every day will bring new opportunities to help people with disabilities live the life they choose. Your role will involve:

* Building and respecting meaningful relationships in their lives.
* Supporting with day-to-day tasks to foster independence.
* Promoting and acting within the framework of Options beliefs.
* Understanding and respecting the relationships that are important to the people we support.

About You
If you're someone who loves connecting with others and helping people shine, this could be the perfect role for you. Were looking for individuals who:
* Are passionate about helping others and driven by values.
* Believe in treating every person with dignity and respect, no matter their ability.
* Hold a Full UK Driving Licence (not essential for all posts)
