Job Title: Administrator – Temp to Perm

Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time, office-based (9:00am - 5:30pm)

About the Role: Our client, a well-established company based in Redditch, is seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a small amount of accounts experience who is looking to grow within a supportive business.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
Processing invoices and supporting with basic accounts tasks
Assisting with purchase orders and supplier queries
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative requirements
Answering calls and responding to customer or supplier enquiries professionallyKey Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Some experience with basic accounts work (e.g. invoice processing, data entry, reconciliations)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
