Due to a successful promotion within the business, our client, an Accountancy Firm based in the heart of Huddersfield is now looking for an experienced Payroll Manager.

Our client never requires their staff to undertake overtime, just a hard working 37.5 hour week.
This role is paying £40,000-£45,000 per annum dependent on experience.

What does this role entail?
The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations and procedures.
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing for clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll services.
* Supervise a team of payroll administrators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
* Collaborate with clients to gather payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and address inquiries.
* Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all payroll processes.
* Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
* Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as tax authorities.
