Due to continued expansion they are looking for 2 Production Managers to join the team in a 4 on 4 off days-based role offering a great work life balance!
In this role you will be reporting in to the Operations Manager & will be directly responsible for teams of production operatives. Team leaders will also report into you & you will oversee daily operations on a busy food site to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.

The Role:
1. Oversee daily operations of a busy food production site on a 4 on 4 off days-based shift rotation
2. Coordinate with Team Leaders to manage workflow & optimize line performance
3. Shift planning and resource allocation
4. Team Management, recruitment & onboarding
5. Quality, Compliance, Health & safety & Continuous improvement projects to drive performance, increase efficiency and reduce waste
6. Risk assessments & incident investigations
The Person:
7. Previous experience in a food environment as a Production Manager or as a Production Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career
8. Excellent communication skills & the ability to Lead, Coach and develop you team & team leaders to maintain high performance and employee engagement
