Apprentice Level 3 in Learning & Organisational Development
Leeds City College is looking for a dedicated apprentice to join our Learning & Organisational Development team as a Level 3 Learning & Development Practitioner.
As an apprentice you will coordinate training programmes across the group, manage bookings, answer enquiries, update records, and support the evaluation of learning activities. You will work closely with colleagues and external providers to design and deliver engaging development opportunities using digital tools.
Key responsibilities include:
* Serve as the first point of contact for Learning & Organisational Development Team queries, offering friendly, helpful, and timely support to colleagues.
* Help design, deliver, and coordinate a variety of learning and development activities from planning and organising events to following up and gathering feedback.
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, keeping everything running smoothly.
* Assist with measuring and evaluating the impact of learning activities to inform continuous improvement.
Qualifications and skills required:
* Hold or be working towards a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (or equivalent).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Ability to prioritise work effectively and manage time efficiently.
* Competency in standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to explain information in a simple, professional, and approachable way.
Pay rates (fixed‑term 18 months, with a possible 3‑month extension for endpoint assessment):
* Under 18 years – £15,144 per annum
* 18‑20 years – £19,871 per annum
* 21+ years – £23,555 per annum
