The Front of House Supervisor will work as part of the Front of House (FOH) team to manage the smooth operation of the venues and the site before, during and after shows. The role will require an ability to manage a team and be aware of expected movements of audiences and performers, facilitating the fast turnaround between shows and to be the face of Assembly to audience members and performers. Front of House Supervisors should be experienced within a theatre environment and have experiencing seating large venues quickly and with grace, the ability to lead a team and respond in a fast paced environment is required. We operate 5 venue hubs so need a large team of strong customer focused and team members who are confident working with the public, are bright, bubbly and approachable. Roles are available in Edinburgh from mid to end July and roll through until the end of August to cover the Fringe Festival and other events that we operate across the summer. Rate of pay from £15.25 per hour, depending on venue and experience. Staff are required to be 18 due to the licensed nature of our sites, and have a legal right to work in the UK, no Visas are able to be offered for these roles.
