Facilities Manager – Hard Services
Livingston
Permanent, Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary up to £41,500 plus company car
About the role:
We are looking for a Facilities Manager – Hard Services to join our team in Livingston. Your main duties will be to ensure that the service provided to the facilities meets the contract specification and is managed in a compliant and safe manner. The main role will be to manage the personnel, supervisors, FMA’s, the day to day job stacks as well as subcontractor engagement.
Role Criteria:
* Extensive experience in an FM environment or from a trade background
* Supervisor experience
* Excellent communication
* Full UK driving licence

Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks either before or upon commencement of employment.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
