Supported Independence is seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager to join our Mental Health supported living service located in Redcliffe, Bristol. We provide support to clients with mental health needs and learning difficulties, with a view to increasing their independence within the community and helping them to achieve their outcomes. We provide both in-house client support, as well as an outreach service for clients living in the community.
We are an established provider with a CQC Good rating and a long track record of person centred support provision. Candidates for this role must have strong previous experience within the mental health care sector and a passion for quality care. Senior or previous managerial experience is essential, and an NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) qualification would be ideal. Candidates need to have a full, clean driving licence, and own transport would be advantageous.
Hours: 37.5 hrs. per week
Salary range: £28489.50 - £29796 per year.
The successful candidate will be required to provide both support work as well as some managerial work. Shifts will largely be during office hrs., but there may be occasional weekend and a little evening work, some on-call duties and covering the unit managers during times of their absence.
