We currently have an exciting and rewarding opportunity available for a Peripatetic Housing Support Worker to join our team. In this role you'll support our 4 schemes in the Bridgend area, providing a housing related floating support service for people aged 55 and over.
This is a permanent role working 18 hours per week (3 x 6 hour days).

What you'll need
To be successful in this role you will have experience of supporting individuals with varying support needs. You will have a good understanding of the changing needs of individuals with a sound working knowledge of the Housing Benefits system. You will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and build supportive relationships.
A qualification in Social Care or related discipline is desirable, but not essential.
You will need a full, current driving licence and use of a vehicle.
