As a front of house manager, you will lead with passion to create a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and aim for excellent results.

* are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and development to help them excel and maintaining high standards;
* are experienced in shift planning and management, ensuring proper coverage and coaching on the go;
* have experience managing labour and rotas, with an understanding of financial performance;
