Job Description
3. Being the primary contact for clients and occupiers
4. Taking responsibility for delivery of both clients and occupiers objectives
5. Liaising with occupiers on a day to day basis and responding to any queries
6. Organising repairs and maintenance
7. Having responsibility for all H&S and compliance
8. Arranging for EICR's, EPC's, PAT testing
9. Registering Rent deposits
10. Arranging for return of rent deposits
11. Arranging for and managing reference checks
12. Liaison with Letting agents
The Successful Applicant
13. Understanding client's aims and providing tailored, strategic advice
14. Maintaining and developing relationships with clients
15. Adapting and delivering for a range of types of clients
16. Demonstrating good local and national market knowledge
17. Reviewing outputs for both clients and occupiers to ensure they are both accurate and relevant and identifies areas for improvement
18. Starting to develop network of contacts to provide advice to clients outside of our scope of work
