As a Franchise Operations & Data Analyst Intern, you will collaborate closely with the COO of Franchise Operations, the Executive Assistant, and the Strategic Project Manager, transforming operational and financial data into clear, decision-ready insights that directly influence senior leadership. From building advanced Excel models to analysing full P&L performance, your work won’t just sit in a spreadsheet it will actively support strategic decision-making.

Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
Project Coordination
1. Support operational project tracking and performance monitoring
2. Assist in managing cross-functional projects across departments
3. Maintain KPI dashboards and track project progress
4. Prepare clear and concise stakeholder communication materials
Business Analysis & Data Management
5. Analyse key operational and financial KPIs (new openings, rebranding, P&L performance, etc.)
6. Extract, cross-check, and clean data from CRM systems and internal databases
7. Identify data inconsistencies and drive corrective actions
8. Produce clear, accessible reports for non-technical stakeholders
9. Contribute to data integration and process optimisation initiatives
Communication & Executive Reporting
10. Develop materials showcasing operational insights for internal and external audiences
11. Build executive-ready PowerPoint presentations end-to-end (analysis, insight structuring, visualisation, final deck)
12. Support internal communication around portfolio performance and KPIs
13. Ensure insights are clear, actionable, and decision focused
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications
14. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (final-year student or recent graduate) in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
15. Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data modelling, dynamic tables)
16. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
17. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools
Technical & Analytical Skills
18. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
19. Understanding of P&L statements and operational metrics
20. Experience building dashboards and reporting tools
21. Ability to work with complex datasets and summarise findings clearly
Personal Skills
22. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
23. Excellent written and verbal communication
24. High attention to detail and rigour
25. Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented
26. Comfortable working independently and across multiple stakeholders
Experience
27. Previous internship or project experience in data analysis, finance, operations, or business analysis is highly desirable
28. Exposure to financial datasets, dashboards, or reporting
29. Experience working on cross-functional projects with multiple priorities
