Female Service Manager – Liverpool
Salary: £38,220 + £250 weekly on-call allowance
Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon–Fri (with on-call rota if opt in)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Female Service Manager to lead our 24/7 supported accommodation project for women in Liverpool. You’ll manage a dedicated team, ensuring women feel safe, supported, and empowered to move forward towards independence and permanent housing.
What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a team delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support.
Manage safeguarding, risk, and incident reporting processes.
Build strong partnerships with local authorities, police, and other agencies.
Oversee service delivery, compliance, and property management.
Support women in building confidence, resilience, and life skills.

About You
2+ years’ management/supervisory experience in a similar setting
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum) + working towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management
3+ years’ experience in outreach, hostel, or residential support
Knowledge of homelessness, mental health, substance misuse, and safeguarding
Confident leader with excellent multi-agency working skills
