We are recognised industry experts across a number of legal areas including, commercial litigation, corporate restructuring and insolvency, specialist director advice (both pre and post commencement of proceedings), shareholder disputes, tax disputes and debt recovery work.

ROLE OVERVIEW


A new position has arisen for a customer focused Client Development Executive to support the firm in managing new enquiries and the client onboarding process. We are undertaking a transformation in how we are managing new enquiries as we look to grow the firm. This is an excellent role for a person with a passion for relationship building. Whilst an understanding of some of the legal areas the firm covers would be an advantage, it isn’t a precondition for the role, and we will provide all necessary training for the right candidate.

2. Have excellent English oral and written communication skills.

3. Have an excellent phone manner.

4. Take initiative and are proactive.

5. Are IT proficient.

6. Have experience using a CRM platform (preferable)




Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:


1. Managing and converting inbound enquiries, acting as the first point of contact for new enquiries.

2. Owning the client onboarding process, ensuring new clients have a smooth and professional experience while opening their matter.

3. Tracking and reporting on business development activity across the firm.

4. Tracking and reporting on work referrals inbound and outbound.

5. Supporting fee earners with pipeline management and follow-up.

6. Managing the file closing process, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for future instructions.

7. Work with the Head of Marketing and BD to develop and refine the client development process.


Remuneration and Benefits

Salary: Competative plus discretionary bonus scheme based on firm’s performance

Hours: Core office hours will be 09:00 to 17:30. 3 days a week in the office

Critical Illness cover Automatic enrolment in the Firm’s scheme on commencement of employment providing a lump sum of up to 1 x annual salary should an illness be contracted that prevents the Employee from working long term (Max. age 64)

Income protection: Automatic enrolment in the Firm’s scheme on commencement of employment providing an income of 75% of salary less Employment Support Allowance & Work Related Activity Component should the Employee be unable to work for more than 13 weeks (Max. age 64)

Life Assurance: Automatic enrolment in the Firm’s scheme on commencement of employment providing a lump sum of 4 x annual salary in the event of death whilst employed (Max. age 64).

Private Health Cover: Entitlement to join the Firm’s scheme after completion of the Probationary Period.

Pension Scheme: Automatic enrolment in the firms pension scheme.

Bonus Scheme: Automatic entitlement to the firms discretionary bonus scheme
