You will be an integral part of a solution to drive client satisfaction while maintaining risk mitigation needs by helping customize standard agreements designed to protect all parties involved in the development, supply and use of business-critical software.
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, supplier agreements, MSA’s and other legal documents.
Providing legal advice to colleagues on a wide range of legal and commercial issues.
Providing key support and training to the junior members of the legal team.
Supporting our international offices with contract reviews.
Providing escrow agreement training to the Contracts and Sales teams and supporting on customer presentations.
A strong knowledge of contract law and a keen eye for detail is vital in this role as you will reviewing and amending agreements for innovative technology businesses and commercial enterprises.
Strong commercial drafting skills and experience with commercial contracts.
Recognises, understands and scopes risk; able to find the balance between the commercial imperative and protection of the business.
