About The Role
Agriculture and Estates Paralegal
Our Agriculture and Estates team is looking to recruit another Paralegal in our Wye Valley (Ross-on-Wye) office. This is a growth hire as the department continues to expand in reputation and in size. To give you just a flavour, we act for some of the largest landowners in the country– and while already a well established team of approximately 50 fee earners, their geographical coverage extends to our newly opened (2026) office in Shrewsbury.
We are committed to the agricultural industry – from supporting the NFU as a Legal panel firm since 2009; to having close links to the CLA, with team members sitting on County committees. The team are also active members of the Agricultural Law Association, with the Director of Education, Committee members, and Fellows of the Agricultural Law Association. We actively support and encourage engaging with industry groups, and many of our fee earners in the team have their own ties to the sector.
The work is varied (with clients ranging from private individuals to lenders and banks), and the team is eager to develop junior talent – which makes learning opportunities plentiful for the successful candidate. While ideally the role will be based in Wye Valley, our Hereford and Cheltenham offices can be considered working locations for the right candidate (providing you would be agreeable to traveling to Wye Valley 1-3 times a week).
