Description
* Overseeing and managing the company's tax strategy.
* Ensuring the company's compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
* Coordinating with Accounting & Finance department on tax-related issues.
* Preparing tax reports and forecasting for senior management.
* Identifying opportunities for tax optimisation.
* Collaborating with external auditors and tax advisors.
* Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax regulations.
* Providing tax advice and guidance on business decisions.
Profile
A successful Tax Director should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
