You will bring
* Significant senior leadership experience within sports marketing, partnerships, creative or integrated agencies
* Exceptional client relationship and commercial management skills
* Strong operational leadership and team development capability
* Experience working with brands, rights holders, talent or athletes
* Someone equally comfortable in strategic conversations and hands-on delivery
* Ambition, emotional intelligence and a growth mindset
* An existing network within sport, entertainment, brands, or rights holders
