SVS Group is currently looking to hire 2 Experienced Reach Truck Operators for one of our best Ice Cream Manufacturing Plants in Glendale, AZ. You will have typical Reach Truck Operating Job Duties to include:
* Able to safely operate a Reach Truck.
* Demonstrate working knowledge of warehousing.
* Report all safety hazards and alert management of unsafe work practices.
* Perform all freezer duties.
* Able to respond to frequent changes.
* Ensure FIFO rotation is always applied for all products (stocking).
* Follow all warehouse and production S.O.P. (Standard Operating Procedures).
* Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing company goals.
Requirements:
* You must have at least 3years of experience on a standup/reach truck.
* Reach truck certification.
* Ability to stand for a full shift and work overtime as needed.
* Proficient in English.
* Basic math skills.
* Solid reading skills.
* Ability to understand written, electronic, and verbal instructions/directions.
* Ability to multitask.
* Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to work in an ON TIME environment.
* Initiative to work with minimal instruction or direction.
* Able to move/lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
* Able to work and withstand cold and humid temperatures.
* Work in freezer environment.
* We are currently hiring for 1st Shift - Monday - Friday 6:45am - 3pm plus overtime as needed.
