Nuffield Health is Britain's largest not-for-profit healthcare organisation. Join us as a Mobile Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor working in our Corporate Gyms around London and the South East and play your part in building a healthier nation.
Qualifications & Experience
* A Premier/ Lifetime Diploma or equivalent.
* CIMSPA membership required.
* A strong fitness background.
* Experience in a corporate or commercial fitness environment.
* Competent computer skills with excellent written and oral communication.
* Self‑starter with initiative and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Passion for helping people to improve their health.
* Support the happy, health team.
* Supervise fitness floor, perform opening/closing procedures, develop wellbeing plans and exercise programmes.
* Deliver group exercise and circuit‑based classes (Spin to group circuit).
* Provide exceptional customer service from inductions to payment processing.
* Ensure assessment and induction before facility use.
* Understand client needs to help achieve goals (e.g., recovery, marathon training).
* Offer techniques, training and lifestyle advice to support personal goal achievement.
* Deputise Programme Manager and use initiative to maintain a great experience.
* Cover multiple Corporate Gyms around London and the South East (expenses paid).
