The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
* Work 1:1 or with small groups to support pupils with additional needs.
* Help develop pupils’ literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
* Assist with classroom management and organisation.
* Support assessment and monitoring of pupils’ progress.

What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
* Knowledge of SEND, interventions, or differentiated learning strategies (desirable).
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
