Hayward Hawk are proud to be recruiting for a Financial Controller reporting into senior finance leadership. You will be responsible for end-to-end financial controllership, working closely with global finance teams and key stakeholders. This is a full time permanent role working on a hybrid working model in Belfast. Key responsibilities include Full financial control and oversight of assigned legal entities Timely month-end close in line with group finance deadlines Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations Completion of regulatory, capital and statutory returns Preparation of statutory accounts and coordination of audits Oversight of cash management, treasury and cashflow forecasting Liaising with global teams to ensure accurate invoicing, payments and payroll Providing financial information to boards The Ideal Candidate Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience Strong background in financial control and statutory reporting Experience working with auditors; audit background advantageous Solid working knowledge of IFRS Confident communicator with strong organisational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment Whats On Offer Competitive salary Hybrid working model Employer pension contribution Private medical insurance Free onsite parking Supportive, collaborative working culture with clear progression opportunities Hear more?
