You will work with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce, and will have the creative freedom to design your own menu.
Leamington Spa - Head Chef Snapshot
* Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
* 40 hours per week, depending on business needs
* Beautiful, independent location with a farm shop vibe
* Mostly planned covers; walk-ins are rare
* Focus on fresh, local, seasonal ingredients
* Creative control over menu
* Shift: 8am - 4pm
* Days Off: 2 days per week (5 out of 7)
The restaurant can seat up to 60 guests, with an average of around 30 covers daily. The owner seeks a Head Chef who is eager to develop and grow this potential-rich establishment.
