The role:
* An exciting opportunity has arisen for two experienced and driven people professionals to join our HR Business Partnering Team as Senior HR Business Partners
* We are looking for Senior HR Business Partners who can act as the primary interface between our aligned Corporate Directors and the People and Organisational Culture directorate whilst maintaining high standards of professional practice and championing inclusivity and diversity
* As well as managing and providing oversight for a number of special projects in line with the Council's People Plan, our Senior HR Business Partners will also lead on large-scale transformation programmes across the organisation, such as TUPE and restructuring processes and highly complex corporate- and directorate-level workforce initiatives
* As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will also be responsible for managing our HR Business Partnering Team, which will involve providing coaching and guidance and facilitating reflective practice to ensure continuous improvement on both an individual and collective level
