As a PPC Manager, you’ll:
* Manage day-to-day PPC activity across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
* Optimise campaigns to deliver against client KPIs — from efficiency to growth and return on ad spend.
* Mentor and support junior PPC Executives, helping to develop their technical and analytical skills.
* Contribute to strategic planning — identifying new opportunities, testing new ideas, and helping shape the agency’s paid media approach.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues in SEO, creative, and data to build integrated, insight-led advertising strategies.
* Communicate results clearly and confidently to clients, translating data into actionable insights and next steps.
* Ensure all campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience managing large budget paid search campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
* Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
* Strong analytical skills and a love of data‑driven decision making.
* The ability to balance technical execution with strategic thinking.
* Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and inspire clients.
* A proactive, curious mindset – you’re always testing, learning, and improving performance.
* A genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to progress into senior leadership.
