Based on the strategy for each business, the products being built, the plans in place and the equity valuations attracted by these businesses, we expect these businesses to be a key driver of growth for Liberty Global.These businesses also support our People, Planet and Progress objectives as we aim to support Customers to electrify everything and Society to decarbonise and deliver more sustainable outcomes for the future.The Commercial Contract Manager will take ownership of a large and complex portfolio of commercial agreements supporting Egg Power’s renewable energy assets. This includes Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Route-to-Market (RTM) agreements, and wider revenue stack contracts including Capacity Market and CfD agreements.The role will be responsible for managing over 50 active contracts, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, coordinating complex internal and external reporting requirements, and optimising commercial performance across the contract lifecycle.This position consolidates responsibilities currently managed across multiple stakeholders into a single point of accountability, strengthening governance, reducing risk, and improving revenue outcomes.Key Responsibilities1. Contract Ownership & Lifecycle ManagementAct as the single point of accountability for 50+ commercial contractsManage the full contract lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, performance monitoring, amendments, and renewalsEnsure all contractual obligations are clearly understood and met by internal and external parties2. Commercial Performance & Revenue OptimisationMonitor and optimise revenue streams across PPAs, RTM agreements, and ancillary servicesTrack contract performance against commercial expectations and identify improvement opportunitiesSupport revenue reconciliation, settlements, and billing accuracy3. Reporting & ComplianceCoordinate and deliver complex reporting requirements, including:Regulatory reportingTechnical and operational reportingCommercial and financial performance reportingEnsure all reporting obligations under contracts and regulatory frameworks are met accurately and on timeProactively manage the Group’s REGO responsibilities with OfgemMaintain audit-ready documentation across the contract portfolio4. Risk Management & Contract ComplianceIdentify, manage, and mitigate commercial and contractual risksEnsure compliance with all contract terms to protect revenue and avoid disputes or warranty issuesSupport the management of contractual claims, disputes, and performance issues5. Stakeholder ManagementAct as the central interface between internal teams (commercial, finance, legal, technical) and external counterpartiesCoordinate inputs currently distributed across 4–5 stakeholders into a cohesive contract management approachBuild strong relationships with offtakers, route-to-market providers, and other key partners6. Governance & Process ImprovementEstablish and improve contract management processes, tools, and controlsEnhance visibility and tracking of contract obligations and performanceSupport audits and ensure proper documentation and version control7.
