Senior / Principal RF Design Engineer

Join a leading UK technology consultancy working at the forefront of RF innovation. Projects span autonomous drones, robotics, ad-hoc radio networks, emergency services communications, IoT sensors, and airborne or space-based radar.
This is a varied, technically challenging role suited to adaptable engineers who enjoy solving complex problems and working across multiple sectors.
The Role
* Design, develop, and test RF-based systems and products
* Take concepts through to prototype and commercial deployment
* Work closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams
* Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients
* Use state-of-the-art RF labs and test equipment
Key Skills
* MEng (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
* Strong RF, microwave, and analogue design & simulation skills
* Experience with RF circuits such as amplifiers, filters, and frequency synthesis
* Proven end-to-end design experience
Desirable: Radio/radar systems, leadership experience, digital design, mm-wave
