£48,000 – £50,000 + benefits
A prestigious insurance business based in the City of London is looking to appoint an HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced, professional client group.
This is a broad, hands-on role, ideal for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, balancing operational delivery with pragmatic advice, and operating in a regulated, corporate environment.
The role
* Partner closely with managers to provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance
* Support across the full employee life-cycle including performance management, employee relations, absence, and disciplinary matters
* Contribute to people initiatives and HR projects aligned to business priorities
* Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment law
* Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver a high-quality service
About you
* Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
* Comfortable operating in a professional services or regulated environment
* Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships
* Pragmatic, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
