Job Title: Site Engineer

GRAHAM is seeking a driven and technically skilled Site Engineer to join our team in the Midlands. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high‑performing, collaborative team delivering a landmark project and shaping the built environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct surveying and setting out duties and proficient in using Robotic Total Stations.
· Review drawings, specifications, and quantities and raise TQ’s accordingly.
· Schedule materials for procurement.
· Plan and organise site operations to meet deadlines.
· Liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
· Supervise and monitor site labour and subcontractors.
· Mentor trainee engineers.
· Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
· Maintain quality records.
· Resolve technical difficulties and unexpected issues.
· Arrange and conduct material testing.
· Keep a detailed Site Diary.
· Collaborate with the construction site team.
· Innovate and introduce improvements.
Requirements:
Essential Technical Competencies:
· Proven experience in a Site Engineer role.
· Proficient in AutoCAD.
· Must have concrete frame experience, ideally with high-rise/slipform expertise
· Excellent communication skills.
· Full driving license.
· Proficient in using FieldView/AutoDesk Build etc. for recording QA
Desirable:
Experience on major projects (£50m+), particularly in urban or complex environments.
Working knowledge of BIM models, digital layout tools, or 3D/4D construction techniques.
Familiarity with slipform planning, temporary works coordination, or high‑rise logistics.
