Job Description
3. Collaborate with clients to assess and optimise their supply chain strategies.
4. Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project objectives.
7. Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
8. Provide strategic advice on supply chain transformation initiatives.
9. Monitor project performance and adjust strategies as needed.
10. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Consultant - Supply Chain should have:
11. Proven expertise in supply chain strategy and transformation delivered in a recognised management consultancy.
12. You must be eligible for UK Security Clearance given some work will be in Defence (not limited to)
13. Led complex supply chain consulting engagements and programmes
14. Track record of designing, improving and managing full life cycle supply chain solutions in large complex enterprises
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
17. Deep experience in one or more of these areas:Digital Supply Chain (robotics, automation, AI, analytics)Supply Chain Sustainability (decarbonisation, human rights)Supply Chain Analytics (modelling, data analysis, visibility, AI)Network Optimisation (design, modelling, warehouse optimisation)Planning (Sales & Operational Planning)Logistics & Manufacturing (performance improvement)
